To strengthen our HR Team in Howald, we are looking for a:

HR Business Partner [m/f/d]

Your responsibilities
  • You advise internal clients as well as the HR management in implementing strategic and operational measures.
  • You take the lead on HR projects, especially in the introduction of new HR initiatives, programmes and cross-functional topics.
  • You actively contribute to shaping our personnel management, company culture and HR processes.
  • You analyse HR KPIs and derive actions to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Together with two other HR Business Partners, you serve as the interface between all departments and the HR team.
  • You provide solution-oriented and professional advice to our departments on modern HR topics such as workforce planning, recruiting, talent management, HRIS, compensation, and more.
  • You are responsible for analysing and synthesising business and employee needs in order to develop effective and appropriate HR solutions together with the team.

Your profile
  • You hold a university degree with a focus on Human Resources, People Development, Labour Law or a comparable discipline
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the HR field
  • You possess solid knowledge of Luxembourg labour law
  • You understand HR as a strategic partner to the business and act accordingly
  • You bring strong conceptual and analytical skills combined with quick comprehension
  • You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and sensitivity, and you represent the interests of both management and employees
  • You work independently, in an organised and goal-oriented manner — even under time pressure
  • You speak fluent French and German, or German and English. The willingness to learn the other language is required. Knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an advantage.
