To strengthen our HR team in Howald, we are currently looking for a:

HR Development Officer [m/f/d]

Your tasks
  • You organize, coordinate and support training programs from planning through to successful implementation
  • You develop creative and future-oriented concepts for employee development and continuous learning
  • You actively contribute to the design of our internal training catalogue and select suitable training partners
  • You support our talents in their development, implement individual development measures and monitor progress
  • You further develop modern talent and retention management tools, ranging from development plans to talent programs
  • You act as a strategic partner to our departments, advising them on all matters related to personnel development
  • You manage our HRIS with a focus on training and talent management, ensuring efficient and high-quality processes
  • You handle the application and follow-up of state co-financing for training measures (INFPC)

Your profile
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable field
  • You have 3-5 years of practical experience in the field
  • You have strong analytical skills, work in a structured manner and quickly find pragmatic solutions
  • You work independently, in an organized way and with a strong focus on quality and service
  • You communicate confidently, enjoy working in a team and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders
  • You are fluent in German and French and have a good command of English; knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantage
