Your responsibilities:
- Coordinating the process of returning vehicles at the end of the contract period (with customers, suppliers and dealers)
- Managing contacts with experts and insurance companies
- Managing reports on returned vehicles and the invoicing process
- Managing contacts with customers regarding the return of their vehicles
- Logistical and administrative support
- You have completed vocational training in the automotive sector or similar training
- You have already gained initial experience in vehicle assessment, motor insurance or bodywork and have a good understanding of the costs incurred by damage to vehicles
- You have knowledge of the Luxembourg automotive and leasing sector
- You work carefully and are always customer-oriented
- You have strong organisational skills and are a good team player
- When dealing with customers and colleagues, you impress with your confident, friendly and open manner, which you have ideally already demonstrated
- An independent, flexible and efficient way of working, even under time pressure, rounds off your profile
- You enjoy working in a small team and have a desire to shape things (entrepreneurial spirit)
- You have a good knowledge of French and Luxembourgish (or German); knowledge of English is an advantage
