Service Advisor – Commercial Vehicles – [m/f/d]
Your responsibilities
- Vehicle reception including customer consultation
- Receiving and preparing work orders
- Preparing cost estimates
- Issuing and explaining invoices
- Monitoring parts orders
- Quality control and preparing the vehicle for return
- Handling warranty preparation
- Active sales of services and genuine accessories
- Providing mobility solutions
- Planning vehicle intake and delivery
Your profile
- You have a CATP/DAP diploma as an automotive mechatronics technician, or have training in an administrative field
- You have initial experience in a similar role
- You work independently, in an organized and proactive manner
- You enjoy working in a team
- You are flexible and able to work under pressure
- You have good knowledge of French, Luxembourgish, and German; knowledge of English will be considered an asset
