Your tasks
- You will be responsible for vehicle acceptance, including dialogue acceptance
- You will be responsible for order acceptance and creation
- You will prepare cost estimates
- You will create and explain invoices
- You will track parts orders
- You will be responsible for quality control and preparing vehicles for return
- You will prepare warranties and goodwill gestures
- You will actively sell services and original accessories
- You will offer mobility solutions
- You will plan vehicle arrivals and departures
- You have successfully completed commercial or technical training, preferably in a car dealership
- You have a strong passion for cars and the important topic of mobility today and tomorrow
- You have at least 1-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You work independently, are organised and goal-oriented
- You have above-average quality and customer orientation
- You have strong team and communication skills
- You have very good knowledge of French and German; knowledge of English and Luxembourgish is an advantage
