Your responsibilities:
- Remote repair consulting within our dealer network
- Acting as an interface between workshops and the manufacturer
- Analysis and evaluation of previously unknown technical issues to ensure high-quality repair support
- Administration, adaptation, and approval of Technical Product Information (TPI) in the editorial system
- Identification and monitoring of key technical focus topics
- Support for new vehicle models to enable early detection of fault patterns
- Active exchange with the manufacturer regarding field issues and quality indicators
- Implementation of active field monitoring, including problem descriptions, escalations, and effectiveness checks
- Participation in manufacturer events as well as training and continuing education programs
- Certified automotive service diagnostic technician or master craftsman in the automotive trade, ideally within the Volkswagen Group
- Additional qualification as a high-voltage technician or high-voltage expert (HV level 2 or 3)
- Enjoyment of advising and supporting dealer partners
- Strong communication skills and confident manner when dealing with customers and partners
- Independent and structured working style with a strong solution-oriented mindset
- Openness to new topics and motivation for personal and professional development
- Willingness to travel, especially for visits to our brand partners
- Good command of German and English
- Knowledge of French and Luxembourgish is an advantage
