Your Responsibilities
- You ensure optimal capacity utilization of the service workshop through efficient processes, a needs-based infrastructure and the targeted use of resources
- You manage the workshop in an economically sound and goal-oriented manner, ensuring compliance with quality standards, manufacturer requirements, safety, environmental and legal regulations
- You lead, inform and motivate employees and ensure a high level of expertise and service quality through targeted training and development
- You are responsible for the maintenance, operational readiness and continuous development of technical equipment, tools and operating resources
- You conduct performance reviews and team meetings and further develop the team structure in a market-oriented and future-focused way
- You regularly analyze key business performance indicators and implement effective measures to optimize results and achieve targets
- You ensure consistent compliance with safety, environmental, order and cleanliness standards within the workshop
Your Profile
- You have completed technical training in the automotive field, ideally complemented by further qualification as a Service Technician or Master Automotive Technician
- You have several years of professional experience in a workshop and aftersales environment, ideally with initial leadership experience
- You are familiar with workshop and appointment planning, performance indicators (KPIs), and common IT systems used in the service area
- You stand out through strong teamwork skills, excellent communication abilities, assertiveness, and a strong customer focus
- You work in a structured and flexible manner and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
- You are fluent in German and French; knowledge of Luxembourgish and English is an advantage
