Your Tasks

• Responsible for long-term and sustainable customer satisfaction
• Planning interventions, organizing and coordinating workshop employees
• Steering and monitoring work and production processes
• Ensuring work quality and adherence to deadlines to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction
• Planning resource allocation
• Resolving all types of malfunctions
• Managing special projects
• Leading, supervising, and motivating the workshop team
• Ensuring safety, order, and cleanliness in the workshop

• Completed technical training in the automotive sector
• Master craftsman certificate in the automotive field is desirable
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry and in dealership service operations
• Previous leadership responsibility as a workshop manager in a car dealership
• Knowledge of workshop/appointment planning and performance metrics/KPIs
• Familiarity with common IT applications used in service departments
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation
• Quick thinking, flexibility, and availability
• Strong team spirit and solid interpersonal skills
