To strengthen our team at SWIO in Bonnevoie, we are looking to hire with immediate effect a:

Administration Officer [m/f/d]

Your responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers as well as internal and external partners (phone, email, reception)
  • Providing customer advice and support in public sales locations
  • Maintaining and managing customer, quotation and billing data in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
  • Preparing, reviewing and following up on quotations, orders, invoices and credit notes
  • Providing administrative support to the New Business department and coordinating internal processes
  • Organising appointments, meetings and administrative tasks
  • Ensuring structured, audit‑compliant documentation and maintaining lists and databases

Your profile
  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with digital administrative processes
  • Strong organisational skills, initiative and a structured working approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
  • Fluent in German, French and English; Luxembourgish is an advantage
