Your responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers as well as internal and external partners (phone, email, reception)
- Providing customer advice and support in public sales locations
- Maintaining and managing customer, quotation and billing data in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Preparing, reviewing and following up on quotations, orders, invoices and credit notes
- Providing administrative support to the New Business department and coordinating internal processes
- Organising appointments, meetings and administrative tasks
- Ensuring structured, audit‑compliant documentation and maintaining lists and databases
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with digital administrative processes
- Strong organisational skills, initiative and a structured working approach
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
- Fluent in German, French and English; Luxembourgish is an advantage
