Career prospects at Losch: Exploring and planning opportunities
The absolute highlight of the day came after the group lunch:

Losch Young Talents Bootcamp
Ready, Set, Wrench
April saw the launch of the first Losch Young Talents Boot Camp: four days of intensive training for apprentices in their first year – with real tools, smart technologies and practical exercises. ![]()
From repair instructions and circuit diagrams to working with the diagnostic tester – the focus here was not on learning by rote, but learning by doing. The final stage was a test as the first step towards manufacturer certification. ![]()
The boot camp lays the foundation for the apprentices' individual training paths – with targeted training for air conditioning, electrics, diagnostics and more.
Designed for:
Mechatronics technicians, body builders, painters & warehouse logistics specialists. Alternatively: Mechatronics technicians (m/f/d), body builders (m/f/d), painters (m/f/d) & warehouse logistics specialists (m/f/d)
The goal: More skills. More future. More prospects for the next generation.
Losch Young Talents Graduation Ceremony
Zukunft made by Losch Luxembourg
A milestone reached, our graduates celebrate their success. ![]()
The diploma marks the successful completion of the apprenticeship – and that is exactly what we celebrated on 15 September 2025. Together with our 20 graduates, we took the opportunity to honour this special moment.
For the first time, the Losch Young Talents certificates were presented at the ceremony in recognition of the graduates' outstanding achievements – in person by a member of our Board of Management.
After an exciting presentation on the wide range of career opportunities that this milestone opens up at Losch Luxembourg, we rounded off the evening in a relaxed atmosphere with burgers and a glass of champagne at the Cupra showroom in Bereldange.
We are proud of our graduates and wish them all the best and every success for their future at Losch Luxembourg and beyond! ![]()
