WOMEN DRIVING RETAIL is an 8-month development program designed for talents who want to explore the diverse world of automotive retail.

Through rotations across different areas of the retail business, from Sales and After Sales to Back Office functions, participants gain valuable hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the retail environment.

Along the way, professional and personal skills are strengthened through the guidance of experienced colleagues and local leaders.

The program also includes an attractive compensation package and opens the door to long-term career opportunities within Losch Luxembourg.
