After Sales Manager [m/f/d]

As an After Sales Manager, you take on a key leadership role within our dealership. You assume cross-brand responsibility for the strategic and operational management of all service-related activities. You ensure excellent service quality, promote a customer‑oriented mindset, and continuously develop your team as well as our internal processes.

Your Responsibilities
  • You ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, enthusiasm and loyalty through high service quality and professional complaint management
  • You implement targeted initiatives to continuously improve service quality
  • You lead your team, provide technical support and promote a positive, customer‑focused working environment
  • You plan personnel and resources and further develop the organisation in line with new market demands
  • You analyse key performance indicators, monitor market developments and implement actions that strengthen and grow the After Sales business
  • You define quantitative and qualitative annual targets in close alignment with the management
  • You prepare and manage the budget planning for the After Sales department
  • You define standards, identify weaknesses and ensure that processes become simpler, faster and more efficient
  • You work closely with the Sales department and jointly design cross‑departmental processes
  • You assume responsibility for budgets, projects and strategic development initiatives

Your Profile
  • You have completed vocational training in the automotive sector, ideally combined with a master technician qualification or similar technical certification
  • You bring several years of leadership experience in After Sales or in the service department of a dealership
  • You act with strong customer orientation and have an excellent understanding of modern service processes and quality management
  • You lead your team with clear targets, motivation and empathy and successfully guide them through change
  • You think strategically, analyse KPIs with confidence and make sound decisions based on solid business insights
  • You communicate professionally, present yourself confidently and work effectively across departments
  • You have a hands‑on mentality and actively drive improvements forward
  • You possess very good German, French and English language skills; knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an advantage
