Your tasks
- You are responsible for scheduling appointments and preparing for our Losch workshops, primarily by phone, email and online
- You coordinate appointments and contribute to optimal management of workshop utilization
- You offer assistance to our customers and support them with your advice
- You ensure transparent communication between customer and car dealership
- You enter the customer & vehicle data into the IT system
- You send appointment reminders via email and SMS
- You have completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Technical understanding is beneficial – but can be learned
- You have a strong passion for automobiles and the big topic of mobility today and tomorrow
- You are a communication talent and team player
- You have an independent, organized and goal-oriented way of working
- You have a clear customer focus and an above-average service mentality
- You maintain a professional approach to telephone, email and various other media
- You have very good knowledge of French and German, as well as good knowledge of English, Luxembourgish is an advantage
