Apprentice in Administration (DAP Agent administratif et commercial) [m/f/d] 

During your apprenticeship, you will gain valuable insights into accounting, administration, human resources, customer service, scheduling, invoicing, secretarial work, and much more. 

Your responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day business operations and administrative processes
• Support the Management Team and the Executive Assistant
• Manage appointments and schedules
• Learn various business communication techniques
• Create presentations and business documents
• Assist in the planning and organization of events, meetings, and workshops
• Serve as one of the first points of contact for employees, business partners, and customers

Your profile:

• You are confident in drafting and writing texts and correspondence
• You stay calm and focused even in stressful situations
• You are comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office applications
• You work in a structured, organized, and reliable manner
• You are open-minded and enjoy interacting with people
• You have an interest in the automotive industry
• You have excellent German, French, and Luxembourgish language skills
