AUDI Sales Consultant [m/f/d]

Your responsibilities

• You will proactively sell new vehicles
• You will sell used vehicles
• You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining the existing customer base
• You will actively support and advise customers (preparing quotes, conducting test drives and delivering vehicles, including vehicle handover and payment)
• You play a key role in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty

Your profile

• You have completed a vocational training programme as an automotive salesperson or another commercial qualification
• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry as a certified salesperson
• You work independently, are organised and goal-oriented
• You have strong teamwork and communication skills
• You are highly flexible, resilient and sociable
• You are committed to high standards of quality, including in relation to CEM mystery shopping evaluations
• You are willing to undertake regular further training
• You have a very good command of German and French; knowledge of Luxembourgish and English is an advantage
