To strengthen our existing team at the Used Cars by Losch garage in Roost, we are looking for a:

Back-office Assistant [m/f/d]

Your responsibilities:

  • Creating, managing and archiving vehicle files
  • Providing necessary information to leasing companies
  • Scheduling and tracking appointments, as well as compiling vehicle documents for registration and issuing vehicle documents to sales advisors
  • Processing insurance enquiries and checking the relevant documents
  • Checking COC documents
  • Ordering number plates
  • Compliance with and monitoring of established guidelines
  • Standing in for the Executive Assistant during their absence

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally as an automotive or office administrator
  • Independent, meticulous and customer-focused approach to work
  • Ideally, initial relevant professional experience in a comparable role
  • Good numerical skills and analytical thinking
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as organisational talent
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Very good knowledge of German and/or French
  • English and Luxembourgish are desirable
