Back Office Employee [m/f/d]
Objective of the role:
Ensure the proper organization and control of registrations and homologations, as well as the smooth and timely completion of all required documentation and vehicles.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordination of registrations and homologations for the brands MAN and VWN, as well as for used vehicles, in collaboration with the respective sales advisors
- Scheduling appointments with body builders and external suppliers
- Invoicing of new vehicles (MAN / VWN), used vehicles, and other services (Dynamics)
- Preparation of post-calculations
- Preparation and analysis of reporting (KPIs)
- General administrative support within the garage
- Verification, coding, entry, and follow-up of invoices
- Monitoring of fuel operations, including plausibility checks
- Preparation and management of correspondence
- Organization and management of internal mail
- Monitoring of outstanding items in coordination with the responsible departments
- Archiving of files and invoices
Your Profile
- Degree in administration or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office; ideally experience with digital administrative processes
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and structured work approach
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Willingness to embrace change – we aim to develop our department together for greater efficiency and future orientation!
- Fluent in German and French or English; Luxembourgish is an asset
