Body Shop Workshop Manager [m/f/d]

Your Responsibilities
  • You take full responsibility for managing our bodyshop department and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • You plan, organize and coordinate workflows while supporting the professional and personal development of your team
  • You ensure optimal workshop utilization and consistently achieve agreed performance targets
  • You drive the continuous development of the department by improving processes and optimizing capacity management
  • You coordinate the preparation and follow-up of workshop appointments and repair orders
  • You support the service reception team in all body and paint-related matters
  • You act as the main point of contact for insurance companies, assessors and external partners
  • You manage claims within the Claims system, from damage assessment and documentation to invoice verification and follow-up
  • You ensure the highest standards of quality, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
  • You are responsible for workplace safety, cleanliness and overall workshop organization

Your Profile
  • Completed technical training in the automotive sector
  • Master Craftsman qualification in the automotive trade is considered an asset
  • Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry, preferably within the service department of a dealership
  • Proven experience leading a workshop team and supporting employee development
  • Strong knowledge of workshop planning, appointment scheduling and performance management through KPIs
  • Confident user of common service-related IT systems
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a strong customer-oriented mindset
  • Independent, structured and proactive way of working, with a high level of flexibility and commitment
  • Strong team spirit, social skills and a sense of responsibility
