Bodywork Team Leader [m/f/d]

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring that repair orders are planned and carried out in a cost-effective and timely manner
• Integrating new staff, leading and guiding your team, and creating a pleasant working atmosphere
• Identifying process and quality deviations and proposing constructive solutions
• Providing support and assistance with complex repair or inspection work
• Carrying out accident repairs and retrofitting work, as well as conducting damage assessments in collaboration with the assessors from the respective insurance companies

Your profile

• You have 3–5 years’ professional experience in a vehicle repair workshop
• You work independently, are organised and goal-oriented
• You have strong teamwork and communication skills
• You are flexible and able to work under pressure
• You have a good command of German; knowledge of French and Luxembourgish is an advantage
