CarFit – fit for people: Looking after customers is right up your street!

As a CarFit Advisor, you’re right at the heart of things:

• You’re the point of contact for our customers, discussing their requirements and the work to be carried out on their vehicles.
• You ensure that our quality standards are met and that customers are completely satisfied.
• You draw customers’ attention to our services and products, which you can use to further delight them.
• You are open, friendly and communicative in your dealings, as well as careful, conscientious and quality-conscious in handling processes.

And here are your specific responsibilities:

• You are the point of contact for our customers and create the orders.
• You enter customer and vehicle data into Carfit ID in digital form.
• You conduct consultations and sales discussions.
• You plan and manage the workshop’s appointments and capacity.
• You ensure the supply of spare parts and accessories.
• You will manage accident claims and insurance processing.
• You will check the quality of work and prepare vehicles for handover.
• You will prepare invoices and explain them to customers.
• You will continuously review all processes and optimise them.
• You will work closely with the Communications team and other departments.
