As a member of the parts department (fixed-term, 6 months), you’ve really got what it takes:

• You keep a clear overview in every situation and know exactly which part is needed right now
• You have a clear idea of which accessories enhance a car and can recommend them
• You have a feel for what appeals to specific customers
• You’re open, friendly and communicative in your dealings, as well as careful, conscientious and quality-conscious when handling processes
• By ensuring an optimal supply of parts and accessories, you play a key role in achieving customer satisfaction and delight

And these are your specific responsibilities:

• By selling parts and accessories, you generate and increase turnover
• You identify parts independently and stock them using the existing systems
• You conduct consultations with internal and external customers regarding the sale of parts and accessories
• You are responsible for the sale of parts and accessories
• You will handle the processing of replacement parts
• You will prepare quotations
• You will be responsible for ensuring the goods are presented in the shop in a way that is both sales-effective and tidy
• You will work closely with the workshop to ensure an optimal, on-time supply of parts
