Compliance Officer [m/f/d]


Your Mission

As a Compliance Officer, you ensure that the Losch Group conducts its business activities in accordance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements. Acting as a trusted partner to management and business departments, you identify risks at an early stage and develop pragmatic solutions that balance compliance requirements with business needs.

Your Responsibilities
 
  • You define, develop, and implement the Group’s Compliance Management System and contribute to its continuous improvement
  • You actively monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on our business activities, particularly in the areas of automotive distribution, business practices, economic sanctions, anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and conflict of interest management
  • You draft, update, and implement internal policies, procedures, and standards
  • You monitor compliance with internal requirements, analyze risks and deviations, and define as well as drive appropriate corrective actions
  • You ensure compliance within key business processes across Sales, Aftersales, Procurement, and supporting functions
  • You plan and conduct internal compliance audits across our various entities and locations
  • You coordinate interactions with authorities, auditors, and other external stakeholders
  • You raise awareness, train, and support employees and managers, actively promoting a sustainable culture of compliance and integrity
  • You prepare reports and analyses for the Board of Management
  • You contribute to Group certification projects and support the continuous development of governance and compliance standards

Your Profile
 
  • You have several years of professional experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Governance, or Legal
  • You possess solid knowledge of compliance management systems, risk assessments, and internal control frameworks
  • Experience in anti-corruption, whistleblowing systems, economic sanctions, anti-money laundering, and corporate policies is considered an asset
  • Experience in conducting audits, compliance reviews, or internal investigations is a plus
  • You have strong analytical skills and can communicate complex topics in a clear and practical manner
  • You demonstrate a high level of integrity, responsibility, and diplomatic skills
  • You enjoy collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior management
  • You are fluent in French and German; English is considered an advantage
