Service Advisor [m/f/d]

Your responsibilities

• You will oversee vehicle intake, including customer consultations
• You will be responsible for taking and creating work orders
• You will prepare cost estimates
• You will prepare and explain invoices
• You will track parts orders
• You will be responsible for quality control and preparing vehicles for handover
• You will process warranty claims and goodwill gestures
• You will actively sell services and genuine accessories
• You will offer mobility solutions
• You will schedule vehicle arrivals and departures

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship, preferably at a car dealership
• You have a strong passion for cars and the wider topic of mobility, both today and in the future
• You have at least 1–3 years’ professional experience in a similar role
• You work independently, are organised and goal-oriented
• You have an above-average focus on quality and customer service
• You possess strong teamwork and communication skills
• You have a very good command of French and German; knowledge of English and Luxembourgish would be an advantage
