Your Responsibilities:
- Preparation of invoices and credit notes for new vehicles, interest charges, premiums, and bonuses for dealers and partners
- Monitoring and processing stock orders as well as program allocations in coordination with the Sales Manager
- Maintenance and updating MED data within internal systems and communication with dealers
- Troubleshooting and order modifications within the new vehicle ordering system in cooperation with the relevant departments
- Telephone support for dealers regarding delivery times, invoicing, and production quotas
- Verification of factory delivery lists, factory incoming invoices, and margin controls
- Monitoring of special approvals within the approval and invoicing tools
- General administrative support for the Audi brand
- Reviewing and updating delivery time overviews
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed commercial or administrative training (or equivalent qualification)
- Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style
- Strong numerical understanding and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good command of German, English, and French
- Luxembourgish language skills are considered an advantage
