Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting and advising our partner dealerships in the aftersales area
- Conducting regular field visits
- Assisting in optimizing service processes and structures
- Working closely with workshops and service managers to increase customer satisfaction and achieve agreed targets
- Implementing and further developing aftersales strategies
- Training and coaching dealership networks
- Analyzing market and customer data to develop targeted measures
Your Profile:
- Experience in aftersales, service, or a comparable position – ideally in the automotive industry
- Enjoy advising and supporting dealership partners
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner when interacting with customers and partners
- Independent, structured working style and strong problem-solving skills
- Openness to new topics and motivation for continuous development
- Willingness to travel, including visits to our brand partners
- Very good command of German and French, as well as good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantage
