To strengthen our HR team at our Kockelscheuer location, we are currently looking for an:
HR Assistant [m/f/d]
Our HR department is structured into four three areas: Talent Acquisition & Development, HR Business Partner, and Compensation & Benefits. Together, we support around 1,300 employees in a dynamic, fast‑growing, and multicultural environment.
In this role, you will mainly support the Talent Acquisition & Development and work across different HR topics.

In this role, you will mainly support the Talent Acquisition & Development and work across different HR topics.
Your responsibilities
- You manage applications and ensure proper follow-up using our recruiting tool and shared HR mailboxes
- You coordinate and organize appointments for job interviews and contract signings
- You publish job postings on various platforms and ensure they remain up to date
- You prepare administrative documents such as employment certificates, offers, employment contracts, amendments, warnings, and references
- You maintain and manage personnel files and take care of both digital and physical archiving
- You support the organization of training sessions by sending invitations, coordinating with vendors, arranging and preparing rooms, and handling administrative follow-up
- You support the onboarding and offboarding processes and assist the HR team with various projects
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training in an administrative field, ideally with initial experience in HR
- Experience with HR tools such as Gesper or Sage is an advantage
- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and understand the confidential nature of our work
- You are proficient with MS Office
- You are fluent in German and French; Luxembourgish and/or English are a plus
