To strengthen our HR team in Kockelscheuer, we are looking for an experienced professional who will actively shape and further develop our learning and development and talent management processes:

HR Development Officer [m/f/d]

Your tasks
  • You plan, coordinate, and manage our training portfolio, from needs analysis to concept development and successful implementation
  • You create innovative and future-oriented concepts for learning & development and continuous training, integrating current trends and best practices
  • You analyse internal needs, proactively propose learning paths, and select suitable training partners
  • You support the development of our talents, manage individual development measures, and closely track skills and progress
  • You further develop modern talent management tools, development plans and internal talent programmes
  • You advise managers and business units on all matters related to learning & development
  • You manage our HRIS with a focus on training and talent management and ensure efficient and compliant HR processes
  • You are responsible for the application, follow-up and documentation of state co-funding for training measures (INFPC)

Your profile
  • You hold a university degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a comparable field
  • You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in learning & development
  • You have strong analytical skills, a structured mindset and a solution-oriented approach
  • You work independently and responsibly, with a high sense of quality and service orientation
  • You communicate confidently, enjoy teamwork and value collaboration with different stakeholders
  • You have excellent German and French skills and good English skills; Luxembourgish is an asset
