- Responsible for system administration in the area of Microsoft Windows clients, Apple/Android smartphones and tablets, printers, and other devices
- Actively participate in daily operational activities, including setup and maintenance of workstations and management of our client infrastructure
- Handle client support, installation, deployment, updates, and patch management
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for hardware and software via ticketing system, phone, and on-site at our Luxembourg locations
- Administer and develop software distribution, Mobile Device Management, Endpoint Management, and Endpoint Security
- Create and maintain IT documentation
- Participate in various IT projects
Your profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration, IT systems electronics technician, or equivalent qualification, or a specialized higher education degree in IT
- Experience in administration and maintenance of current Microsoft Windows client operating systems, Microsoft Office including Office 365, and other standard software
- Strong knowledge of Windows client OS security, standard software, mobile device management, unified endpoint management, endpoint security, and remote support/maintenance
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policies, and Windows Server services
- Knowledge of hardware for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
- Basic networking knowledge (network protocols, components, switches, hubs, LAN, WLAN)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V, SharePoint, PowerShell, and Windows scripting as well as Microsoft and/or CompTIA certifications are an advantage
- Structured, independent, and results-oriented work style with willingness for continuous development
- Strong team spirit, customer orientation, and solution-focused mindset
- Valid category B driving license
- Proficiency in German is required
