Key Account Manager – Commercial Vehicles [m/f/d]
Your Tasks
- Acquisition of new customers as well as development and strengthening of existing business relationships with fleet clients in the field of Volkswagen and MAN commercial vehicles
- Coordination, creation, and management of business with key accounts as well as tenders
- Acting as the central point of contact for customers (especially fleet clients, leasing companies, municipalities, and public authorities) on all matters related to fleet business, including customer visits
- Participation in and coordination of marketing activities such as fleet events, factory visits, and product presentations
- Support in training sessions and projects related to fleet management
- Regular updating and management of relevant data in internal systems
Your Profile
- University degree or completed commercial training, preferably with a specialization in business administration or an equivalent qualification
- At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in the field of commercial vehicles
- Passion for mobility solutions and fleet management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an independent and structured way of working
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Strong team spirit with a high customer orientation
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent command of French and German; Luxembourgish and English are considered an asset
