MAN Workshop Manager [m/f/d]
As a key figure at our new site, you will lead the workshop, ensure efficient processes, and maintain the highest levels of quality, customer satisfaction, and team spirit.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality maintenance and repair work in line with standards.
- Apply your expertise in complex repairs, diagnostics, or road tests.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, waste management, and hazardous materials.
- Optimize workshop organization through clear processes and effective teamwork.
- Lead, inform, motivate, and develop your team with a customer-oriented approach.
- Integrate and support new employees.
- Drive continuous improvement in workshop performance.
- Coordinate with the parts department to guarantee all necessary parts are available before starting work.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in automotive mechatronics.
- 3–5 years of experience in an automotive workshop, ideally with MAN.
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Flexible, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented.
- Excellent command of German and French.
