Your role
You are fully responsible for the operational and strategic management of your site and actively contribute to its economic success. You lead and develop your team, optimize processes and ensure a strong market positioning.
Your responsibilities
- You drive the overall performance of your site and ensure sustainable profitability
- You oversee all business areas of your site and their development
- You analyze key performance indicators and implement effective action plans
- You define and execute the sales, pricing and marketing strategy of the site
- You set and manage annual sales targets and ensure their achievement
- You ensure efficient processes and continuously optimize operations
- You guarantee excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- You develop your team, promote talents and foster a high-performance culture
- You initiate and manage local marketing campaigns, sales actions and events
Your profile
- You hold a university degree, ideally complemented by management training
- You have several years of leadership experience in a similar role
- You demonstrate strong entrepreneurial mindset and result orientation
- You lead in a motivating, structured and goal-driven manner
- You have strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
- You possess solid technical understanding, ideally in the automotive sector
- You work in a structured, autonomous and solution-oriented way
- You communicate effectively and can simplify complex topics
- You are fluent in German, French, Luxembourgish and English
