In this role, you are responsible for the qualification of our employees and partners and make a significant contribution to the successful marketing of our vehicle brands.
Your responsibilities
- You deliver product, technical and sales training on new vehicle models, model updates and technologies
- You convey in-depth product knowledge, compelling sales arguments and clear market positioning
- You design, create and continuously update modern training materials for classroom, digital and hybrid formats
- You work closely with manufacturers, importers, and the Sales and After-Sales departments
- You prepare and actively support product launches
- You ensure compliance with manufacturer and importer standards
- You continuously develop and enhance the training concepts of the Losch Academy
Your profile
- You have completed a technical or commercial education, ideally within the automotive environment
- You bring professional experience in the automotive sector, for example in training, product management, sales or engineering
- You have a strong understanding of modern vehicle technologies, particularly driver assistance systems, digitalization and electromobility
- You impress with strong didactic skills as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities
- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
- You have knowledge of German, French and English and are willing to further develop these skills
- You are willing to travel and hold a valid Category B driving licence
