To strengthen our Cuber team in Kockelscheuer, we are currently looking for a:

Project Manager [m/f/d]

Your main responsibilities:

• You will actively drive forward the strategic goals of Cube 4T8 by independently designing and implementing projects
• You will implement cross-functional ideas and concept projects, primarily in a digital environment, and clarify technical and commercial framework conditions both internally and externally
• In doing so, you will support the team in all other project management tasks:
• Time, investment and resource planning
• Project monitoring and quality assurance
• Development and implementation of PoCs, as well as deriving all requirements and necessary competencies or roles for the MVP team
• Ensuring smooth collaboration with customers and partners, as well as internal Losch interfaces
• Analysis of (market) potential, competition and potential cooperation partners
• Customer-centric development of business models, including business cases
• Designing and ensuring the complete transition of the created MVPs into the operationalisation and scaling phase
• Development of a ‘fit for market’ and ‘establishment in market’ strategy for the MVP

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a university degree with a focus on business development, economics, industrial engineering, (information) technology or similar
• You have an affinity for IT and ideally bring (technical) expertise in the areas of digitalisation or e-mobility
• You have initial experience in project management, product development and related methodological knowledge
• Experience in applying Scrum and agile project management processes, as well as CANVAS and other business model development processes, is an advantage
• You impress with your strong communication skills, combined with assertiveness and a personable manner
• You have the drive to put ideas into practice
• You work in a structured, analytical and independent manner
• You are a team player with a hands-on approach
• You have excellent German and English language skills;
• knowledge of French and Luxembourgish is an advantage
