Receptionist [m/f/d]

Your responsibilities

• You will welcome and see off customers
• You will manage the switchboard
• You will issue invoices and manage the till
• You will be responsible for booking appointments
• You will maintain customer records
• You will carry out various administrative tasks

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
• You have some relevant work experience in a reception role, preferably at a car dealership
• You work independently, are organised and goal-oriented
• You have strong teamwork and communication skills
• You are highly flexible and able to work under pressure
• You have a very good command of Luxembourgish, French and German
• You have a good knowledge of English
