Responsible Sales & Project Management [m/f/d]

Your responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the sales of various energy services
  • Development of acquisition models and management of inbound B2B leads
  • Responsibility for needs assessment, order creation, execution, and follow-up for key accounts
  • Coordination of proposal preparation, project management, and implementation
  • Management and monitoring of required stock levels
  • Administrative tasks for key accounts: contract filing, contract creation, coordination with authorities
  • Responsible for the overall financial performance of the sales business and related services
  • Achievement of agreed sales volume, revenue, and profit targets in line with company objectives
  • Maximizing sales potential
  • Reporting KPIs and targets to the Head of SWIO
  • Main point of contact for all inquiries and target achievements within the SWIO partner network
  • Acquisition of potential project and sales partners
  • Ensuring target achievement through consistent controlling using defined KPIs and processes
  • Conducting sales-related product training
  • Responsibility for marketing materials, including setup and dismantling
  • Presence at marketing and general networking events

Your profile:
  • Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience (ideally 2–4 years) in sales and/or project management, preferably in the energy, automotive, or technical services sector
  • Experience in B2B sales and key account management is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident and professional presence towards clients and partners
  • Ability to plan, manage, and successfully execute complex projects in a structured manner
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results and target orientation
  • High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs and controlling tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluent in German, English, and French, both written and spoken; Luxembourgish is a plus
