Sales Manager & Sales Field Manager [m/f/d]
Your responsibilities
- Development of the model and equipment offering for the Luxembourg market, including pricing proposals and planned sales volumes
- Implementation and operational management of sales conditions for the entire Luxembourg market in close coordination with the Managing Director and in collaboration with Product Management and Marketing
- Monitoring vehicle stock as well as managing and optimizing inventory holding periods at market level
- Statistical analysis, preparation, and reporting of sales, market, and volume data to the manufacturer and the partner network
- Monitoring market, competitor, and product developments and deriving sales recommendations
- Central point of contact and advisor for all SEAT & CUPRA partners on sales-related matters
- Tracking and analysis of manufacturer and partner sales targets in the new car business, including deriving appropriate measures
- Monitoring target achievement and compliance with manufacturer standards at dealer level, including defining action plans and structured follow-up
- Collection, analysis, and structured processing of dealer feedback and complaints, including deriving and tracking corrective actions
- Creation, maintenance, and further development of pricing calculations for vehicle models and optional equipment across the market
- Regular reporting to the Managing Director, including recommendations for action
- Support and participation in training initiatives, dealer development programs, as well as brand and cross-functional projects
- Participation in international conferences, meetings, and workshops organized by the manufacturer and the Losch Group to align on strategic and operational topics
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally with initial leadership experience
- Strong communication, consulting, and persuasion skills
- Ability to analyze and manage complex topics in a structured way
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Fluent in German, English, and French. Luxembourgish is an advantage
