Service Advisor [m/f/d]

Your responsibilities

• You will handle vehicle intake, including telephone bookings
• You will be responsible for taking and creating service orders
• You will prepare quotes and follow them up
• You will prepare and explain invoices
• You will track parts orders
• You will be responsible for quality control and preparing vehicles for return
• You will prepare warranties and goodwill gestures
• You will actively sell services and genuine accessories
• You will offer mobility solutions
• You will plan vehicle arrivals and departures

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship, preferably at a car dealership
• You have a strong passion for cars and the broader topic of mobility, both today and tomorrow
• You have at least 1–3 years’ professional experience in a similar role
• You work independently, are organised and goal-oriented
• You have an above-average focus on quality and customer service
• You possess strong teamwork and communication skills
• You have a very good command of German; knowledge of French, English and Luxembourgish is an advantage
