Your Tasks
- You manage vehicle reception, including joint reception with the customer (dialogue reception)
- You handle order intake and create service orders
- You prepare cost estimates
- You create and explain invoices to customers
- You follow up on parts orders
- You are responsible for quality control and preparing vehicles for return to customers
- You prepare warranty and goodwill cases
- You actively sell service products and genuine accessories
- You offer suitable mobility solutions
- You plan and coordinate vehicle arrivals and departures
Your Profile
- You have completed training in the automotive sector or hold a commercial/administrative qualification
- You bring at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position – ideally in a car dealership
- You work independently, in an organized manner, and with a strong results orientation
- You demonstrate an above-average commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- You possess strong teamwork and communication skills
- You have very good command of French and German; knowledge of English and Luxembourgish is considered an asset
