Service Assistant [m/f/d]

Your responsibilities

• You will work closely with the service advisers in all areas relating to service
• You will be a knowledgeable point of contact for our visitors and customers
• You will greet and welcome our visitors and customers in a personal and professional manner
• You will ascertain customers’ requirements with the aim of identifying their specific needs and offering appropriate support and assistance
• You will accompany our customers to the service adviser
• You will coordinate replacement transport in the event of a service appointment
• You will ensure customer service at the service reception desk and support the service advisers in all matters
• You are responsible for setting up and maintaining the customer database as part of address management
• You share responsibility for fostering collaboration between service advisers and sales staff and for personally referring customers

Your profile

• You work independently, in an organised and goal-oriented manner
• You have a clear customer focus and an exceptional service-oriented mindset
• You have strong teamwork and communication skills
• You have a keen passion for cars and the wider topic of mobility, both today and tomorrow
• You have a very good command of German, Luxembourgish and French; knowledge of English is an advantage
