In this exciting role, you will deliver technical expertise, inspire enthusiasm for modern mobility solutions, and ensure that our service teams always stay up to date.
Your tasks
- You design, plan, and deliver technical training sessions that are hands‑on, clear, and tailored to specific target groups
- You convey knowledge, skills, and professional behavior in line with manufacturer and market requirements
- You further develop existing training programs and create modern, engaging learning content
- You integrate manufacturer training modules while considering market‑specific requirements
- You coordinate training events in close collaboration with the training management team
- You assess the effectiveness of your training sessions and continuously optimize training methods and materials
- You actively participate in qualifications, certifications, and relevant industry events
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training, hold a master craftsman’s certificate, or have a technical degree
- You bring initial professional experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
- You are passionate about cars and the mobility of tomorrow
- You have strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
- You work analytically, structured, and in an organized manner
- You act independently, responsibly, and in a goal‑oriented way
- You are flexible, open to travel, and maintain a professional appearance
- You are proficient in MS Office
- You speak fluent German and French as well as good English. Luxembourgish is an advantage
