VW Mechanics Team Leader (Master Mechanic) [m/f/d]

Your responsibilities

• General maintenance and repair work
• Fitting of genuine accessories
• Carrying out diagnostics independently
• Leading, guiding and motivating your team

Your profile

• You hold a Master Craftsman’s Certificate as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician
• You have 3–5 years’ professional experience in a motor vehicle workshop, preferably with the VW brand
• You work independently, are organised and goal-oriented
• You have strong teamwork and communication skills
• You are flexible and able to work under pressure
• You have a good knowledge of French or German
• Knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantage
