- Proactively sell new vehicles
- Provide proactive support and professional advice to customers
- Acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities
- Make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction and loyalty
- You have completed a CATP/DAP qualification in a commercial field
- You have initial sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector
- You possess knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle sales
- You are capable of guiding and supporting customers throughout all stages of the sales process in line with brand standards
- You have strong negotiation skills
- You have a professional appearance, a commercial mindset, and excellent customer-facing skills
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills
- You enjoy working as part of a team
- You are fluent in German and French; knowledge of Luxembourgish and English will be considered an asset
