To strengthen our team in Kockelscheuer, we are looking for a:

Operations Officer - Car Return [m/f/d]

Your responsibilities

• You manage customer contacts regarding the return of their vehicles
• You coordinate the vehicle return process at the end of the contract with customers, suppliers, and dealerships
• You handle vehicle inspection reports and manage the re-invoicing process
• You ensure administrative and logistical follow-up of vehicle returns

Your profile

• You have experience in customer service
• You have knowledge of the automotive sector and/or the Luxembourg leasing industry
• You are detail-oriented and customer-focused
• You have strong organizational skills and enjoy working as part of a team
• In your interactions with customers and colleagues, you stand out through your friendly and open attitude
• You work independently, flexibly, and efficiently, even under pressure
• You enjoy working in a small team and have a proactive, hands-on mindset
• You have a good command of French and German (and/or Luxembourgish); knowledge of English is considered an asset
