Your responsibilities
- You will proactively sell new VW vehicles
- You will sell used vehicles
- You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining our existing customer base
- You will actively support and advise customers (preparing quotations, conducting test drives and delivering vehicles, including vehicle handover and payment)
- You will play a key role in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an automotive sales assistant or another commercial apprenticeship
- Ideally, you have some initial professional experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector as a certified salesperson
- You work independently, are well-organised and goal-oriented
- You have strong teamwork and communication skills
- You are highly flexible, resilient and sociable
- You are committed to high standards of quality, including in relation to CEM mystery shopping evaluations
- You are willing to undertake regular further training
- You have a very good command of German and a good command of French (or, alternatively, a very good command of English)
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantage
