To strengthen our existing Parts Logistics team at Losch Import in Dudelange, we are looking for a:

Warehouse Control Coordinator [m/f/d]

Main Responsibilities:

1) Parts Logistics Management
  • Ensure availability of parts and accessories
  • Understand and comply with existing processes (group, brands, importer, distribution)
  • Lead, guide, inform, and motivate team members to achieve company objectives, including conducting performance discussions
  • Develop proposals for optimization and employee development in response to market changes
  • Conduct team meetings and manage staff scheduling
  • Ensure demand-oriented parts availability for all stakeholder groups
  • Develop measures to respond quickly and effectively to customer needs
  • Report to the Logistics Team Leader
  • Implement the removal of incorrect or technically obsolete parts from inventory (SOMI)
2) Quality
  • Ensure compliance with all guidelines, quality and manufacturer standards, as well as legal and regulatory requirements
  • Plan and ensure efficient and cost-effective warehouse operations to guarantee smooth workflows
  • Ensure efficient and timely parts procurement, storage, and distribution processes
  • Maintain order and cleanliness within the parts area and ensure operational readiness of all technical equipment
  • Stay informed about new developments in parts management and share knowledge with the team
3) Quantity
  • Understand and monitor operational targets (group, brands, importer, distribution)
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective parts logistics
  • Maintain a high level of work quality in the parts area (deadlines, parts issuance, invoicing)

Your Profile:
  • Completed training in a commercial field, ideally with a focus on logistics or a business background
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in warehouse, logistics, or operational control environments
  • Good knowledge of warehouse organization, material flows, and logistics processes
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret KPIs, with solid business acumen
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle and parts technology
  • Strong coordination, prioritization, and monitoring skills
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication skills and strong team collaboration abilities
  • Resilience and ability to maintain an overview in stressful situations
  • Very good command of German and French
  • Knowledge of Luxembourgish and English is considered an advantage
