- Responsible for long-term and sustainable customer satisfaction
- Planning, organizing and coordinating workshop staff
- Managing and monitoring work and production processes
- Ensuring work quality and adherence to production deadlines in order to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Planning the use of operational resources
- Resolving operational disruptions of all kinds
- Handling special projects
- Leading, guiding and motivating the workshop team
- Responsible for safety, order and cleanliness in the workshop
Your Profile
- Completed technical training in the automotive sector
- Master craftsman certification in the automotive trade is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector and in the service department of a car dealership
- Leadership experience as a workshop manager in a car dealership
- Knowledge of workshop/appointment planning and service performance indicators (KPIs)
- Knowledge of common IT applications in the service environment
- Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation
- Quick comprehension, flexibility and commitment
- Strong team spirit and social skills
