- Plan resource allocation
- Resolve all types of malfunctions
- Handle special projects
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the workshop team
- Ensure safety, order, and cleanliness in the workshop
Your Profile
- Completed technical training in the automotive sector
- Master craftsman certificate in the automotive field is desirable
- Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry and dealership service operations
- Proven leadership experience as a workshop manager in a dealership
- Knowledge of workshop scheduling and KPIs
- Familiarity with common service-related IT applications
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Quick thinking, flexibility, and availability
- Strong team spirit and social skills
