IT Business Consultant [m/f/d]

who, together with us and our partners (Business and IT — including Volkswagen, Audi, ŠKODA, SEAT, Cupra, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Bentley, Lamborghini, Porsche, MAN and NEOPLAN), will shape the future and drive digital transformation in our retail dealerships.

Your Tasks

• You collaborate with our retail dealerships, international IT teams and external service providers
• You advise and support our retail dealerships, develop solution options for digitalisation and process optimisation, and implement them together with development teams
• You are responsible for change and release management, error analysis, and the implementation of optimisation and correction measures
• You prepare Software Requirements Specifications, programming specifications, documentation and training materials
• You independently plan and execute testing activities in our retail dealerships
• You take ownership of thematic areas and work packages within projects

• You have significant and long-standing experience in the automotive sector
• After many years in the automotive industry, you are looking for a new challenge and ready to take the next step in your career
• You are well acquainted with retail dealership processes
• You are passionate about consulting and supporting internal customers
• You have excellent knowledge of MS Office and are motivated to familiarise yourself with new IT applications
• You have strong analytical skills combined with quick comprehension
• You have excellent command of German and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish and French is an advantage
