Losch Luxembourg launches the 15-month BE PILOT trainee programme once a year, offering an unrivalled introduction to the mobility world of tomorrow.

We are on the lookout for dedicated university graduates who would like to join a future-oriented team from September/October.

The programme starts with a structured basic block that provides an insight into all of Losch Luxembourg's business areas, from sales and after sales to central administration and service units. This provides a thorough understanding of the various fields of work within the automotive industry.

Participants are able to help shape the trainee programme, tailoring it based on their individual strengths and interests. We define the individual stages together – ensuring that participants are optimally prepared for their future role in the company.

During the programme, participants take on responsibility in day-to-day business as well as in strategic projects at this early stage in their careers. Experienced mentors are on hand to provide support, accompanying participants on their development journey and helping them to work on their personal and professional skills.
