Your Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise customers
- Prepare appointments and repair orders according to central processes
- Create cost estimates
- Prepare invoices and explain them to customers
- Follow up on ordered parts for scheduled appointments
- Perform quality checks and prepare vehicles for delivery
- Handle warranty cases
- Proactively sell services and genuine parts
- Offer mobility solutions to customers
- Manage vehicle entry and exit scheduling
Your Profile
- Completed CATP/DAP training in a commercial or mechanical field, preferably in a garage environment
- Strong passion for the automotive industry and modern mobility solutions
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar position
- Independent, meticulous, and goal-oriented work style
- Customer-focused with high quality standards
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Very good command of French and German; knowledge of English and Luxembourgish is considered an asset
